Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Milford, OH is $109,800.00 - $197,700.00 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Design, develop, modify, and implement software programming for products (both internal and external) with focus on surpassing customer expectations, on achieving high quality and on-time delivery. Responsible for ensuring the overall functional quality of the released product on all required platforms and mechanism. Responsible for working on complex products, solutions, and problems. Create, document, and execute software designs which may involve complicated workflows or multiple product areas. Responsible for one or more projects within one area of a product. Provide input to the technical direction for one area of a product. Occasionally consult with customers in regard to future upgrades and products. Solve complex technical problems. Provide specialized expertise within multiple systems, software disciplines, as well as general knowledge of related disciplines, applications implications, and customer areas.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering(any) or related technical field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineer-related occupation.
Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering(any) or related technical field and no experience.
Position requires coursework, internship, or experience involving the following:
Java Programming
Web Programming including HTML, CSS and Javascript
Relational and object-oriented databases
Natural language processing including Machine Learning and search
Algorithm design techniques
Telecommuting permissible pursuant to company policy. [Hybrid role]
