Residential Manager - Group HomeEmployer: Eastern Montana Community Mental Health Center (EMCMHC)Department: Support ServicesReports To: Program Supervisor/TherapistSalary: $55,000/yr + DOEPosition SummaryUnder general direction, the Residential Manager ensures the safety, well-being, and residential skill development of all group home residents. This role is part of a treatment team that includes Clinical Therapists, contributing to decisions about client eligibility and working collaboratively to meet individual client needs.
