Summary We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable individual to serve as a Substitute Teacher. The ideal candidate will provide instructional support and classroom management in the absence of the regular teacher. This role is essential in maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring that students continue to receive quality education.

Responsibilities - Implement lesson plans provided by the regular teacher to ensure continuity of instruction. - Manage classroom behavior and maintain a respectful and productive learning environment. - Engage students in learning activities and encourage participation. - Provide support to students as needed, including assistance with assignments and classroom tasks. - Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents regarding student progress and behavior. - Follow school policies and procedures, including attendance and reporting requirements. - Adapt to various classroom settings and grade levels as needed. - Maintain confidentiality regarding student information and school matters. - Participate in professional development and training as required.

Requirements -High School Diploma - Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage classroom dynamics and address diverse student needs. - Flexibility and adaptability to different classroom environments and teaching styles. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology. - Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
