Job Description
As a Visual Design Lead , you will drive the visual identity and creative direction of complex digital products and brand systems, translating strategic vision into compelling visual languages that resonate with users and elevate business value.
You combine deep craft expertise with strategic thinking, leading visual design workstreams on enterprise programs while maintaining an obsessive attention to detail and quality. You understand how to build cohesive brand systems that scale across digital touchpoints—from brand strategy and identity to design systems, UI components, and digital content pipelines.
You're comfortable presenting work to senior stakeholders, defending creative decisions with clarity and confidence, and challenging the status quo when it serves the work. You embrace AI-driven methodologies and new tools as opportunities to push what's possible, not threats to craft.

Your Impact & Responsibilities
Lead visual design strategy and execution across digital transformation programs, defining visual languages that align brand identity with product experience
Own end-to-end brand and product visual systems, from strategic brand positioning to atomic design system implementation, ensuring consistency and scalability across all digital touchpoints
Present and defend creative work with confidence and storytelling clarity, engaging clients and stakeholders through compelling narratives that connect creative decisions to business outcomes
Mentor and guide visual design teams,establishingcraft standards, providing creative direction, and fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—UX designers, developers, creative technologists, strategists, content creators, 3D Artists—to deliver integrated, experience-driven solutions that balance aesthetics, usability, and technical feasibility
Leverage AI-powered pipelines for content creation, brand asset generation, and visual exploration, staying at the forefront of AI-driven design methodologies
Challenge conventional approaches, questioning tools, processes, and methodologies when they limit creative potential or delivery excellence
Drive business development byidentifyingopportunities within client engagements, contributing to RFPs and pitches with compelling creative concepts
Define and track design quality KPIs, ensuring visual outputs meet the highest standards anddemonstratemeasurable impact on user engagement and business metrics
Who You Are
8+ years of visual design experience in digital products, brand systems, or service design, with at least 2 years leading teams or major creative workstreams
Obsessed with craft and detail—you have a relentless eye for typography, color, composition, hierarchy, motion, and the micro-interactions that elevategood designto great
Strong portfolioshowcasingexceptional visual design work across branding, digital products, and systematic design approaches, withdemonstratedexperience working with multinational corporations across multiple sectors
Expert knowledge of design and AI tools
Knowledge of design system practices, including tokenization,componentarchitecture, and design-to-code workflows
Deep understanding of branding processes—from brand strategy and positioning to visual identity systems and their digital application across products and services
Comfortable with digital product design, understanding the balance between brand expression and functional UI, with familiarity in designing within design system constraints
AI-fluent and future-focused—you actively explore and implement AI-driven pipelines for content generation, visual exploration, and brand asset creation; you see AI as a tool to amplify creativity, not replace it
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills—you can articulate design decisions with clarity and conviction, engaging audiences from designers to C-suite executives
Strong client presence and gravitas, able to build trust and credibility while guiding clients through complex creative processes
Growth mindset for both internal innovation and client development, always looking for opportunities to expand scope and deepen relationships
Experience in consultancy environments, comfortable with the pace, ambiguity, and stakeholder complexity of transformation programs
Agile-native, experienced working in cross-functional teams with developers, product managers, and researchers
Italian and English professional fluency (both written and spoken)
