JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Front Office Intern, you will play a key role in delivering a warm and memorable first impression of the hotel, with primary responsibilities as a Lobby Ambassador. This position offers hands-on exposure to guest services and front-of-house operations in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests in the lobby and public areas, providing a friendly, engaging, and professional first point of contact
Act as a Lobby Ambassador, assisting guests with directions, hotel information, local area recommendations, and special requests
Support the Front Office team during peak times with light operational tasks, including guest assistance and coordination with departments
Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve minor issues to enhance the overall guest experience
Promote Marriott’s service culture and brand standards through genuine and personalized interactions
Assist with check-in/check-out support activities when required, under supervision
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment
