We are looking for a motivated HSE Specialist to support our Health, Safety, and Environment activities and help ensure compliance with internal standards and legal requirements. This role is suitable for graduates as well as candidates with initial HSE experience who are eager to grow in the field. We are open to training the right person who demonstrates a proven interest in HSE and a strong commitment to developing in this area.
This role is based on site at our Mikulov plant!
Key Responsibilities:
Record, report, and analyse statistics related to Health, Safety, and Environment.
Conduct and evaluate risk assessments to uphold safety standards and identify improvement opportunities.
Investigate work accidents and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure the effective daily operation of OHS, fire safety, and environmental processes.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Contribute to safety- and environment-focused projects.
Update internal guidelines and operational rules, supporting the implementation of global standards.
Deliver training to newcomers and current employees.
Actively contribute to the development and effective functioning of environmental management systems, fire protection, and occupational health and safety within the assigned area.
Cooperate cross-functionally with all departments on HSE-related matters.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Secondary school education (role is suitable for graduates).
Responsible mindset with a strong, demonstrable interest in HSE topics.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
Communicative level of English.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
University degree in Safety Engineering or a related field.
Previous experience in HSE and/or project management.
