ManpowerGroup Food Production Worker in Mikana, Wisconsin
Our client, a leading food manufacturing organization specializing in dairy products, is seeking a dedicated Food Production Worker to join their dynamic team. As a Food Production Worker, you will be supporting various departments within the production process, contributing to the creation of high-quality cheese products. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Food Production Worker
Location: Grantsburg, WI
Pay Range: $16.50 - $23.50
Shift: AM - PM
What's the Job?
Packaging loaves of cheese on a rotational line in a fast-paced environment
Monitoring machinery and ensuring the quality of the product
Performing sanitation and cleaning of equipment and work areas
Pulling cheese for production and operating shred machinery
Supporting cheesemaking processes, including monitoring and maintaining equipment
What's Needed?
No prior experience required; training provided
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed
Comfortable working in a hot, humid environment, or cold 40 degrees.
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends
