Processes and Procedures
Follow up with all stakeholders involved in the vendor payment process in VIM
Review invoices as requester in SAP for Retail vendors
Manage processes related to retail sales bags
Align and manage new processes and formats within the Retail area
Create weekly KPI summary reports (one-pagers, Excel dashboards)
Support updates to the Retail Intranet (Carter’s Central MX)
Send basic communications through Store Communications MX; support training, updates, and deliverables documentation (Carter’s Central MX and StoreComm)
Provide training and updates for the Sales Planner
Manage and support access to internal platforms
Set up vendors in Graphite and coordinate contract requests and follow-up with Legal
Manage, develop, and track Retail-related projects
