Job Title: Construction Laborer
Job Description
We are seeking an Entry-Level Sprinkler Fitter / Construction Laborer to join our team on commercial new construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone mechanically inclined who wants to build a career in the fire protection and construction trades. No prior sprinkler fitting experience is required as training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Assist experienced sprinkler fitters with the installation of fire sprinkler systems on commercial job sites.
Measure, cut, thread, and install pipe under supervision.
Load, unload, and organize job site materials and tools.
Operate basic hand and power tools safely.
Support layout, hangers, and piping installation during various phases of construction.
Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Work as part of a crew to meet project schedules.
Essential Skills
Overall mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
Possession of own tools.
Local residency with reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Comfortable with tools, equipment, and hands-on work.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mifflinville, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $26.00/hr.
