Level III Program Manager | Midvale,UT
Nexeo HR is seeking an experienced Level III Program Manager to lead complex,enterprise-level initiatives for a major organization. This role is perfect for a seasoned program leader who excels at coordinating large,cross-functional teams,driving strategic execution,and partnering closely with senior business and IT leadership. You will oversee multiple project managers,align roadmaps with organizational goals,and ensure delivery of high-impact programs that span multiple departments and business units.
Responsibilities
Plan,lead,and manage the work of program teams and project managers on enterprise-scale initiatives
Collaborate with IT and business units to build solution roadmaps and long-term delivery strategies
Oversee end-to-end program delivery,including timeline management,budget oversight,quality standards,and stakeholder expectations
Partner with senior business leaders,executive sponsors,and portfolio managers to maintain alignment and ensure program success
Define program scope,objectives,workstreams,and resource requirements
Develop and maintain program schedules,resource plans,and financial documentation
Manage program budgets with accountability for cost control,forecasting,and financial accuracy
Identify interdependencies across projects and manage risks,issues,and overall performance
Analyze results,resolve challenges,and implement corrective actions
Serve as the primary point of contact for program deliverables across business and technology teams
Prepare and deliver clear,executive-level status updates and risk reports
Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
5 7 years of experience in program management or large-scale project leadership
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide,multi-disciplinary teams
Strong background in budget ownership,forecasting,and financial accountability
Ability to collaborate effectively with executives,IT leadership,and cross-functional project teams
Expertise in project planning,resource allocation,and risk mitigation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills,including executive reporting
Strong analytical,strategic thinking,and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay
$45.00 $63.00 per hour
Schedule
Monday Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
