Avionics Technician

Location: Midland, TX (Relocation assistance provided)

We are hiring Avionics Technicians to support on‑site satellite production for a growing aerospace company in Midland, TX. This company works in satellite communications and competes directly with Starlink.

Pay & Benefits:

• $42/hour

• $1,500 monthly stipend

• Mileage reimbursement up to $500 from home of record (72.5¢ per mile)

• $5,000 relocation assistance

• Tools are not required

Job Description:

• Perform wiring and circuit board work at the bench level

• Use small tools and jigs to assemble avionics components

• Read and follow work orders and blueprints

• Support production of communication satellites

• Work in a clean room environment (smock and hair/beard net required)

Requirements:

• 2+ years of avionics or aerospace electronics experience

• Able to start within 3 weeks

• Willing to work on-site in Midland, TX

Work Schedule: Must be flexible on shift assignment and open to overtime.

• 1st shift: Mon–Thurs, 7:30am–5:30pm

• 2nd shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:00pm–4:00am

• 3rd shift: Fri–Sun, 6:00am–6:00pm

• 4th shift: Fri–Sun, 6:00pm–6:00am

Contract:

• 6‑month contract to hire

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $42.00 - $42.00/hr.
