Amergis Behavior Technician - Schools in Midland, Michigan
Now Hiring: School Aide and Behavioral Techs
Location: Midland
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
Pay: $15 to $17 an hour depending on experience
What You’ll Do:
Support teachers and students in daily classroom activities
Assist with behavior management and student engagement
Help implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Provide one-on-one or small group support as needed
Requirements:
Associate’s degree or 60 College Credit Hours
A Paraprofessional License if you do not have the education credentials.
Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred
