Electronics Assembler – 3rd Shift
Location: Middletown, PA
Shift: Sunday – Thursday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $20.25 – $21.25 per hour
This is NOT a warehouse position. Candidates must have prior electronics manufacturing or factory automation experience.
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced Electronics Production Technicians to support automated and semi-automated production of electronic components, including terminal blocks. This position requires hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing and the ability to work with precision equipment in a structured production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor automated electronics production equipment
Perform machine changeovers and basic troubleshooting
Assemble and inspect small electronic components according to detailed work instructions
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and standardized print materials
Use precision measuring tools (calipers, gauges, hand tools) accurately
Maintain high quality standards and production efficiency
Move materials using pallet jacks as needed
Lift up to 20 lbs and climb portable staircases when required
Work overtime, including weekends, based on production demands
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics manufacturing or factory automation
Experience reading assembly prints or production documents
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Basic computer and math skills
High School Diploma or GED required
