Hiring a 1st Shift Automation Machine Operator in Middletown, Pa!
Job Description
We are currently seeking skilled Machine Operators to manage Terminal Block automation machinery. This role involves setting up and calibrating automated machines, monitoring their performance, and ensuring optimal operation throughout the production cycle.
Responsibilities
Set up and calibrate automated machines according to production specifications.
Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain optimal operation.
Inspect products for quality and consistency throughout the production cycle.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or software-related issues as they arise.
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and minor repairs to prevent downtime.
Document production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered.
Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Essential Skills
Experience with machine operation and automation machinery.
Ability to work independently and troubleshoot/fix minor issues without assistance.
Proficiency in inspection, soldering, mechanical assembly, production, and wiring.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with plastic, PC, and blueprint reading is advantageous.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a casual dress code with long pants and closed-toe shoes required. Shifts are available as follows: First shift from 7am to 3:30pm and second shift from 3pm to 11:30pm.

This is a Contract position based out of Middletown, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.25/hr.
