Job Title: Material Handler Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Material Handler who will play a crucial role in overseeing the work of shippers, receivers, packers, and other material handlers. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge and expertise in both FedEx and UPS processes and have experience in international shipping. You will ensure the smooth operation of our shipping and receiving activities, and at times, you may be required to perform these tasks yourself.
Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the activities of shippers, receivers, packers, and material handlers.
Perform shipping and receiving tasks as needed.
Utilize computer systems for data entry and managing shipment processes.
Handle international shipping activities efficiently.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in material handling operations.
Essential Skills
At least 2 years of experience with FedEx and UPS shipping.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
A minimum of 6 months of international shipping experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience as a supervisor.
Proficiency in using FedEx and UPS software.
Experience with pallet handling, SAP, PO, data entry, and sit-down forklifts.
Work Environment
The position offers two schedules: Sunday-Thursday from 9 am to 5:30 pm and Tuesday-Saturday from 9 am to 5:30 pm. The work environment is located within a professional facility, requiring attention to safety and operational protocols.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.41 - $22.41/hr.
