FISKARS Sales Operations Intern Summer 2026 Location: Middleton, WI (Hybrid) About the Role Step into the world of sales strategy with Fiskars! As a Sales Operations Intern, you\'ll gain hands-on experience supporting our Sales Planning and Customer Strategy team. You\'ll help shape channel and customer strategies, while learning how we turn insights into action across our iconic brands. What You\'ll Be Doing Analyze market pricing trends and competitor activity Support the development of 2026 promotional strategies by channel and customer Partner with Sales Planning and Sales teams to track key brand-building initiatives Update and maintain BA retail pricing ladders Assist Channel Execution Managers in creating planograms for key customers Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc tasks from the Sales Operations team Who You Are Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Sales Operations, or a related field (expected graduation within 12-24 months) Analytical thinker with a curiosity for data and insights Organized and capable in project management Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work Strong written and verbal communication skills Why Join Fiskars?
