There is a role for everyone who wants to be part of the innovative solutions at Natus Neuro. Electronics Repair Technician Onsite position: 8am - 4:30pm - No overnights! Location: Natus Medical Incorporated; 3150 Pleasant View Road, Middleton, WI 53593 Pay: Starting at \$25/hour, overtime paid at \$37.5/hour! As a TEAMMATE:As an Electronics Repair Technician, you play a critical role in ensuring our customer\'s equipment is repaired and/or recalibrated in a timely manner so they have limited downtime and can give their patients the best care possible. We have a world-class service area with all of the tools, fixtures, and technology needed to handle everything from software issues to fixing hardware components down to the board level. This role is ideal if you have the skills and interest to work with computers and electronics but would prefer not having to travel or work directly with customers on a daily basis! What you\'ll get to do in this role: Test, calibrate and troubleshoot assemblies of our medical devices as well as perform electronic calibration and verify fixtures Committing to high quality work (less than 2% failure rate on repairs) means delivering an exceptional product to healthcare providers so they can help their patients Maintain a 10-business day repair turnaround time because getting our customers up and running means we can help more patients faster Solve challenging problems by developing and/or designing test processes/procedures based on product specifications Have the opportunity to cross-train to work in other areas to support business needs What we are looking for: Associate degree (A.A) in a relevant field required and 12 months experience in electronic circuitry repair and/or software/firmware support 3+ years\' experience in hardware/software/firmware troubleshooting and repair Previous experience working with soldering irons, heat gun, power screwdriver, drill motor and electronic test meters Professional experience with PCB repair and SMT type experience Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer programs experience Compensation and Benefits: Along with a competitive salary and bonus structure, we offer a comprehensive benefit package that starts day 1!
