- Monday--Friday, 8:30 AM -- 5:00 PM
- Optional Saturdays based on production needs
Job Description: A small, locally owned plastics manufacturing company is seeking a reliable Injection Molding Press Operator for a temporary 6-month assignment. This company specializes in producing flower pots, window components, and various custom plastic parts.
This is a hands-on role in a tight-knit environment where teamwork and dependability are key. You'll be working directly with leadership in a small shop setting.
Responsibilities:
- Operate injection molding presses (basic push-button operation)
- Inspect and remove finished plastic parts from machines
- Maintain steady production output
- Ensure quality standards are met
- Keep work area clean and organized
Requirements:
- Ability to show up consistently and on time
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to stay focused and limit phone use during work hours
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required
