As a Supply Chain Analyst at ITW, you will do more than analyzing numbers – you will be playing a central role in collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, influence decisions, and help shape the future of our supply chain.
This is your chance to combine tactical execution with a strategic impact. You’ll manage day-to-day procurement activities while playing a critical role in planning and driving improvements that influence the bigger picture.
You’ll join a Supply Chain & Procurement team of 5 colleagues – 3 based in Denmark and 2 in the UK - reporting directly to the Procurement Manager.
What You’ll Do
P rocurement & Supplier Communication Own the day-to-day procurement process: purchase high-volume fasteners from strategic suppliers, ensure timely deliveries, and build strong, trust-based supplier relationships.
Analyze & Optimize Leverage data to uncover trends, improve key performance indicators (IFOT, MOH, SLOB), and provide actionable insights that shape strategic decisions.
Drive Projects Lead critical initiatives such as S&OP processes and efficiency improvements—taking ownership of projects from concept to successful completion.
Business Partnering Be the connector between Sales, Procurement, and Operations. Deliver insights that enable smarter decisions and drive overall business performance.
Stakeholder Management Communicate proactively with stakeholders about potential stock-out risks, align on mitigation plans, and confidently challenge assumptions to keep everyone focused on shared goals.
What We’re Looking For
Hold a degree in business, technical, or related fields.
Demonstrate a strong analytical mindset and curiosity to learn.
Apply advanced Excel skills (Power BI or ERP experience is a plus).
Communicate effectively and act as a proactive, resourceful team player.
Build relationships and influence stakeholders across different functions.
Balance operational tasks with strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment.
Solve problems with eagerness to drive improvements.
