ND job order 927081 Temporary seasonal position from 4/27/2026 to 12/18/20206 Workers will perform general agricultural labor on a grain farm producing corn, soybeans, sunflowers, and small grains. Work begins with preparation of equipment and fields for planting, including routine servicing, cleaning, and readiness of tractors and implements. As conditions allow, workers will assist with fertilizing, tillage, seeding, and application of crop protection products. During the growing season, workers will support ongoing crop care and field activities as needed, along with maintaining farm buildings, yards, and equipment used in daily operations. Duties include operating tractors and trucks in support of fieldwork and transporting materials as required. As crops mature, workers will assist with harvest operations, including operating farm equipment in the field and transporting harvested crops to storage areas. Workers may also assist with grain handling to maintain proper storage conditions. Following harvest, workers will perform post-harvest field preparation, clean and service equipment, and assist with general farm maintenance. Work is seasonal and varies based on weather, crop conditions, and operational needs, with duties performed as part of routine agricultural operations. Employees will be provided with adequate breaks, including meal and rest periods, consistent with applicable Federal, State, and local law, during the course of each workday. No experience is required. Lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds. The worker will be exposed to extreme temperatures. Wage rate may increase with verifiable experience. Employer may reward exceptional work with monetary or other benefits in addition to those listed here in his sole discretion. Operator License Class D Candidate will have 60 days to obtain. Skill Level I Entry Level Pursuant to the Interim Final Rule (IFR) implementing the new four-level wage system for H-2A occupations, the employer designates this position as Skill Level I Entry Level, indicating that the job requires limited experience and routine supervision consistent with entry-level duties. They retain final say over who is hired and will pay the highest wage requiredbased on Adverse Effect Wage Rates (AEWR) or state minimum wage, depending on housing provisions and skill level. Workers receiving free housing may be paid a lower hourly wage that includes a housing credit, as permitted by the Department of Laborno additional deductions for housing an be made.
