RN – Trauma Operating Room (Level I/II Response)

Location: Miami, FL

Pay Range: $39.57 – $53.34/hr (Commensurate with experience)

Shift: Full-Time | Nights | Rotating Weekends

Incentives: Sign-on Bonus (Case-by-Case)

You will collaborate with world-class surgeons and specialists to deliver expert care to patients in their most critical moments. Key Responsibilities

  • Intraoperative Excellence: Provide expert circulating and/or scrubbing services for complex trauma cases in accordance with AORN standards.

  • Rapid Stabilization: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and execute immediate interventions for high-acuity surgical patients.

  • Surgical Collaboration: Serve as a vital link between the surgical team, anesthesia, and ancillary departments to ensure seamless patient flow.

  • On-Call Readiness: Maintain a state of constant readiness to respond to emergency surgical needs (Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility).

  • Clinical Advocacy: Ensure the highest standards of sterile technique, patient safety, and advocacy are met throughout the perioperative journey.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent Trauma Operating Room experience in an acute care setting (Level I or II Trauma experience preferred).

  • Licensure: Active Florida RN license or Multistate Compact license.

  • Certifications: BLS & ACLS required (Must be active or obtained within 30 days of hire). CNOR preferred.

  • Logistics: Strict Requirement: Must live within a 30-minute radius of the facility to meet mandatory on-call response times.

Pay Details: $39.57 to $53.34 per hour
