Job Description

We are looking for a Project Delivery Lead to ensure successful execution of IT projects by managing scope, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations. This position will be a contract and onsite in Miami, FL .

Due to the specific legal and contractual requirements associated with this position, this role will be direct employment with CAI. This position does not offer work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the planning and delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects

  • Implement project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

  • Manage budgets, risks, and change control processes

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication

  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices and team performance

What You’ll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field

  • 7+ years in project management, with 3+ years in a leadership role

  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects with cross-functional teams

  • Strong understanding of project management tools and techniques (e.g., Jira, MS Project)

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget

  • Experience mentoring and coaching team members to enhance performance

Preferred:

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications preferred

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor

$65.00 per hour

The pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access. Employees in this role may also be entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
