Medical Receptionist – Bilingual Spanish (On-Site)
We are currently hiring for a Bilingual Spanish Medical Receptionist to join a fast-paced healthcare office. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative and patient-facing experience who is looking for a stable, long-term role.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and route incoming calls; schedule and confirm appointments
Verify insurance and collect copays/payments
Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the system
Assist with patient intake, forms, and documentation
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Requirements
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
1–2+ years of recent medical receptionist or healthcare front desk experience
Experience with insurance verification and patient scheduling
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
