Adecco US, Inc. Mechanical Technician (Miami Location) in Miami, Florida
A leading transportation systems provider is seeking Mechanical Technicians to support operations and maintenance of automated transit systems within airport environments.
This is a full-time, hands-on role supporting critical infrastructure that moves passengers safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on electromechanical systems
Diagnose issues using schematics, manuals, and technical documentation
Use precision tools such as micrometers, oscilloscopes, and analyzers to test and repair components
Document maintenance activities accurately and in a timely manner
Support system operations including control systems and recovery procedures
Communicate effectively using radio and PA systems
Additional Duties:
Assist with operational needs to maintain workflow and meet performance goals
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
1–3+ years of electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience
Experience with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and measuring equipment
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background, drug, and physical requirements
Preferred:
Associate’s degree or certification in electronics, mechatronics, automotive, or related field
Experience in transportation, aviation, or automated systems
Work Environment:
Industrial setting with exposure to moving equipment and electrical systems
Requires standing, lifting, climbing, and working in various conditions
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting at $30+/hour with shift differentials

Pay Details: $30.00 to $35.00 per hour
