CBRE Maintenance Technician - Mobile in Miami, Florida

As a CBRE Mobile Technician, youwill perform repairs and tend to several buildings, industrial systems,equipment, and ground requests.
This job is part of theEngineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible forproviding support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems
What you’ll do
· Perform ongoing preventivemaintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installedbuilding systems, equipment, and facilities.
· Assist with the installation andmodification of building equipment and systems.
· Review assigned work orders andestimate the time and materials needed to complete repairs. Manage and trackcompletion.
· Support energy management bytaking measures to ensure that all systems are operating in the most efficientmanner.
· Inspect new or existinginstallations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
· Use communication skills toexchange straightforward information. Respond to common inquiries or complaintsfrom clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
· Use existing procedures to solvestraightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercisediscretion.
· Impact through clearly definedduties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
· Deliver own output by followingdefined procedures and processes under close supervision and mentorship.
What you’ll need
· High School Diploma, GED, ortrade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of adiploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. ValidDriver’s License required.
· Meet the physical requirementsof this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders,and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
· Ability to follow basic workroutines and standards in the application of work.
· Communication skills to exchangestraightforward information.
· Working knowledge of MicrosoftOffice products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
· Strong organizational skillswith an inquisitive mindset.
· Basic math skills. Ability tocalculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups
