What Youll DoLine Cooks

• Prepare dishes following our recipes, flavor standards, and presentation guidelines
• Cook using grills, fryers, saut, plancha, oven, and other kitchen equipment
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and speed during service
• Collaborate with other cooks and chefs to ensure smooth service
• Uphold food safety and sanitation standards

Pantry Cooks (Garde Manger)

• Prepare all cold dishes, salads, dressings, and garnishes
• Maintain freshness, proper storage, and portion control
• Ensure your station is fully stocked, clean, and ready for service
• Support the team during busy service periods

Tortilla Cooks

• Prepare fresh masa and handcraft tortillas using traditional Mexican methods
• Operate tortilla machines and maintain consistency in size and texture
• Ensure freshness, quality, and speed of tortilla production
• Assist in prep and support other kitchen stations as needed

What Were Looking For

• Experience in a professional kitchen for the Pantry and Line cook positions (min 1 year) Tortilla cook: We will train you! only some experience working in a kitchen is necessary
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Passion for Mexican cuisine or willingness to learn
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Dependable, organized, and committed to excellence

Cocineros de Tortilla

• Preparar masa fresca y elaborar tortillas a mano siguiendo mtodos tradicionales
• Operar mquinas de tortillas manteniendo consistencia en tamao y textura
• Asegurar calidad, frescura y rapidez en la produccin
• Apoyar con la preparacin y otras estaciones cuando sea necesario

Requisitos

• Experiencia en cocina profesional para las posiciones de cocinero de linea y area fria. Para la estacion de tortillas, solo algo de experiencia en la cocina es necesaria, nosotros te capacitamos!
• Actitud positiva y ganas de trabajar en equipo
• Pasin por la cocina mexicana o disposicin para aprender
• Disponibilidad para trabajar noches, fines de semana y das festivos
• Responsable, organizado y comprometido con la excelencia
