Overview
Position Summary: ABM Industries is seeking an experienced and driven Assistant General Manager – Janitorial Services to support operations at a nationally recognized, high-traffic transportation facility. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations and administrative oversight of janitorial services, ensuring full compliance with contract requirements while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, operational discipline, and a commitment to excellence in a secure, public-facing environment. Responsibilities include implementing cost control measures, maintaining service level standards, and overseeing inspections, quality control, and inventory management across the assigned operational footprint.
Compensation: $75k-$90k annual salary (US Dollars)
