Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their accounting career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Enter and maintain accurate financial records and transactions
Reconcile bank and credit card statements
Support month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain organized financial files and documentation
Assist with invoicing, billing, and collections follow-up
Prepare basic financial reports as needed
Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding discrepancies
Requirements
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Familiarity with bank reconciliation procedures.
• Ability to accurately record and maintain journal entries.
• Eagerness to learn property management software with provided training.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to start immediately and adapt quickly to new workflows.
