Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Bilingual Portuguese Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Miami, Florida. This role is pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while managing key administrative tasks. This is a contract opportunity for approximately 3 weeks, with a schedule of 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
• Answer and direct all incoming phone calls to the appropriate personnel in a courteous manner.
• Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Maintain and manage the conference room schedule to avoid conflicts.
• Handle travel arrangements and manage calendars for team members as needed.
• Oversee the ordering and stocking of office supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Take detailed messages and ensure they are delivered promptly to the correct individuals.
• Assist with basic receptionist duties, including e-filing and record organization.
Requirements
• Proven experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
• Bilingual Portuguese
• Proficiency in handling phone systems and directing calls effectively.
• Familiarity with e-filing systems and basic administrative tools.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage schedules and coordinate travel arrangements efficiently.
• A welcoming and detail-oriented demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions.
