Robert Half Assistant Property Manager in Miami, Florida
Description
Robert Half is currently partnering with a property management company in Miami, FL seeking a Bilingual Spanish Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of residential and/or commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with prior property management experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist with the daily operations of the property, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Support leasing activities, including showings, applications, and lease renewals
Coordinate maintenance requests and work with vendors to ensure timely completion
Maintain accurate tenant files, records, and property documentation
Assist with rent collection and follow up on outstanding balances
Conduct property walkthroughs and report maintenance or safety concerns
Support administrative tasks, including data entry and updating property management systems (Yardi or similar)
Requirements
Requirements:
Prior experience in property management or a similar role required
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with Yardi is a plus)
