Description
Accounting Clerk (On-Site | Hands-On Role)
Looking for an Accounting Clerk who enjoys staying organized, keeping things moving, and being part of the day-to-day flow of the accounting team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in multiple areas—not just one task.
Handling invoices, payments, and daily data entry
Supporting both A/P and A/R functions
Keeping records clean, organized, and audit-ready
Assisting with reconciliations and basic reporting
Jumping in where needed to support the team
Requirements
What makes you a fit:
1–3 years of accounting or office experience
Comfortable working with numbers and systems
Strong attention to detail (you catch the small things)
Good with Excel and quick to learn new tools
Team player with a “get it done” mindset
