Accounting Assistant (Make an Impact | On-Site)
Are you an Accountant who enjoys digging into the numbers, improving processes, and being part of a growing team? This opportunity is perfect for someone who wants more than just routine work—you’ll play a key role in keeping the financials accurate and driving smarter decisions.
Own key pieces of the month-end close and financial reporting
Analyze accounts and identify discrepancies (you don’t just plug numbers—you question them)
Partner with leadership to provide insight into financial performance
Support A/P, A/R, and overall accounting operations
Help improve processes and create efficiencies
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of accounting experience
Strong Excel skills (you’re comfortable working with data and reports)
Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and naturally curious
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
