Robert Half IT Project Manager in Miami Beach, Florida
Description
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of IT projects, including AI/ML integration initiatives, from planning through implementation and post‑deployment support.
Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Partner with data scientists, engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate AI/ML use cases into executable project plans.
Coordinate integration of AI/ML models into existing enterprise systems (e.g., applications, data platforms, APIs).
Drive Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and status reporting.
Identify and mitigate technical, data, security, and compliance risks associated with AI/ML deployments.
Ensure adherence to governance, data privacy, and ethical AI standards.
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership and executive stakeholders.
Champion continuous improvement of project management practices, tooling, and delivery frameworks.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering enterprise technology projects.
Demonstrated experience supporting or managing AI/ML, advanced analytics, or data‑driven initiatives.
Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise application environments.
Hands‑on experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
Strong risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities across technical and non‑technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating machine learning models into production systems (batch or real‑time).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and AI services.
Exposure to MLOps practices, data governance, and model lifecycle management.
PMP, PMI‑ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
Background in regulated or enterprise environments (finance, healthcare, insurance, or government).
