Overview
We are looking for a professional Housekeeper able of attending to an estate in Miami Beach, FL with integrity and keen attention to detail. The goal is to create a clean, orderly, and pleasant environment for the residents and guests with the highest level of service.
Responsibilities

Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
Protect property by using cleaning products relevant to the materials cleaning
Notify Estate Manager on any damages, deficits and disturbances
Resolve complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
Collecting and disposing of trash
Assisting guests, when necessary
Keeping the linen room and other closets organized and tidy
Check stocking levels of products and replace when appropriate
Ensuring Principal’s clothes are clean and prepared when needed
Support travel preparation, to include packing
Support the care and feeding of family pets
Work as a member of a team, pitching in to help when/where needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Housekeeper
Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
Keen attention to detail and quality work
Customer-oriented and friendly
Prioritization and time management skills
Working quickly without compromising quality
Knowledge of English language
Abilities:
The position requires the ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to [50 pounds] on a regular basis. Candidates must demonstrate physical strength and stamina to perform various tasks, including but not limited to, loading, and unloading, operating equipment, and assisting in the transportation of various materials. Proper lifting techniques and safety protocols must be followed to ensure personal and team safety.
Relocates a 12 foot stepladder without assistance.
Works at various heights up to 60 feet and can climb and maintain balance on scaffolds, aerial lifts, catwalks and all types of ladders.
Walks, climbs, lifts, squats, crawls, kneels, pushes, pulls and reaches overhead on a routine and repetitive basis.
Possess good vision (may be corrected vision), the ability to see in color, and the ability to hear and communicate in English.
May use a standard ladder without exceeding the weight limit while carrying tools.
