Front Desk Associate (2 Openings | Bilingual | Immediate Start)
We are seeking 2 Front Desk Associates to join a busy office with a focus on leasing and customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone professional, bilingual, and ready to start immediately.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and handle incoming calls
Support leasing activities and assist prospective tenants
Schedule appointments and manage front desk operations
Maintain organized records and assist with administrative tasks
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
1+ year of front desk, leasing, or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working in a high-traffic office
Details:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
