Requirements:
3–5 years in marketing analytics, campaign measurement, or a market testing/experimentation role
Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools (CJA, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent)
Strong working knowledge of experimental design — A/B testing, holdout groups, statistical significance
ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
Hybrid role in CDMX or Guadalajara or Monterrey
Responsibilities:
Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across campaigns, offers, audiences, and channels; ensure statistical validity and maintain a test-and-learn calendar
Interpret campaign and journey performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track KPIs tied to engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for Product Leads and senior stakeholders
