Responsibilities : - Develop robust and scalable software solutions using Java to meet business requirements and enhance user experience. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and test software applications in the Cards & Payments domain. - Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues providing timely resolutions to ensure minimal disruption to operations. - Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency across the development team. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes identifying areas for optimization and innovation. - Ensure software solutions are secure reliable and compliant with industry standards and regulations. - Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress. - Utilize agile methodologies to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate them into the development process. - Document software designs specifications and processes for future reference and training purposes. - Collaborate with product management to align software development with business objectives and customer needs. - Drive the adoption of new technologies and tools to enhance the development process and product offerings. Qualifications - - Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming with a minimum of 6 years of experience. - Possess a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. - Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is highly desirable. - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues. - Show strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. - Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. - Be adaptable to a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office work efficiently. 9.
