Requirements:

• 6+ years of native iOS engineering experience

• Deep expertise in production issue resolution & RCA

• Strong code level debugging and hot fix experience

ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST

Hybrid role in CDMX or Guadalajara or Monterrey

Responsibilities:

• Own L3/L4 escalations for critical iOS production issues

• Perform deep root cause analysis for systemic problems

• Design and implement robust code level fixes

• Support emergency releases and app stabilization

• Mentor L2 engineers and reduce repeat incidents
