Cognizant iOS L2 Support Engineer in MexicoCy,CD-Plaza Polanco, Mexico

Requirements:
• 4+ years of native iOS experience (Swift required; Objective C a plus)
• Production support experience for iOS apps (L2 or similar)
• Strong incident analysis, RCA, and bug fixing
ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
Hybrid role in CDMX or Guadalajara or Monterrey
Responsibilities:
• Provide L2 support for production iOS applications
• Troubleshoot crashes, performance issues, memory leaks, and API failures
• Implement minor code fixes within L2 scope
• Support pre and post release activities
• Collaborate with L3 engineering, backend, and QA teams
