Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Data Governance and Compliance Data Transform Scripting Languages and Data Architecture. This hybrid role requires a strategic thinker who can design and implement data solutions that align with our business goals. The position does not require travel and operates during day shifts.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Design and optimize data architecture models to support business objectives and enhance data accessibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data solutions into existing systems seamlessly.
Analyze business requirements to create scalable data solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
Oversee the development and maintenance of data transformation scripts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance data management capabilities.
Ensure data security and privacy measures are in place to protect sensitive information.
Monitor and assess data architecture performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Lead data migration projects to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
Develop documentation and training materials to support data governance and architecture initiatives.
Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
Contribute to the companys strategic goals by leveraging data to drive decision-making and innovation.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of data governance principles and compliance requirements.
Demonstrate proficiency in data transformation scripting languages and tools.
Exhibit experience in designing and implementing data architecture models.
Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model balancing remote and in-office responsibilities.
Have excellent communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Display a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Hold a relevant certification in data governance or architecture such as CDMP or TOGAF.
Certifications Required
Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) TOGAF Certification
