The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI Service MS Power BI Database and SQL. This role involves developing and optimizing business intelligence solutions to drive data-driven decision-making. The position operates during day shifts with no travel required.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement advanced Power BI solutions to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data visualization.
Design and optimize SQL queries to ensure efficient data retrieval and reporting.
Maintain and update existing Power BI dashboards to reflect current business needs.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI and database-related issues.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms.
Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization of database systems.
Implement best practices for data security and compliance within the BI environment.
Create detailed documentation for BI solutions and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest BI technologies and trends.
Contribute to the companys data-driven culture by promoting the use of BI tools and insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements through data analysis.
Support the development of data governance policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Power BI Service and MS Power BI for developing interactive dashboards.
Demonstrate proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and query optimization.
Have experience with database management and performance tuning.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Display strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Be committed to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry advancements.
Certifications Required
- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate
