Requirements:
Proven experience managing Control-M Batch Operations, including complex workflows.
Strong, hands-on expertise in z/OS Administration, including configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is considered a strong plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
ADVANCED ENGLISH IS A MUST
Hybrid role in CDMX or Guadalajara or Monterrey or Queretaro
Responsibilities
Manage and oversee Control-M Batch Operations, ensuring accurate and timely execution of scheduled jobs and workflows.
Provide expert-level z/OS administration, maintaining system stability, performance, and security.
Monitor batch processes and promptly troubleshoot job failures by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and operations teams to optimize batch schedules and reduce system impact.
Ensure infrastructure operations comply with organizational policies and industry standards.
Develop, maintain, and update technical documentation for batch operations and z/OS configurations.
Implement and support automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Perform regular system health checks and performance tuning activities.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Control-M and z/OS-related issues.
Participate in capacity planning and resource management to support current and future infrastructure demands.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective infrastructure solutions.
Stay current with advancements in Control-M and z/OS technologies and promote best practices across the organization.
Contribute to business continuity by ensuring reliable infrastructure operations that support critical business processes and customer satisfaction.
