We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Business Analyst

Business Analyst with 4 years of expertise in Business Analysis and Business A&P. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business solutions analyze requirements and ensure seamless delivery of projects in a hybrid work model during day shifts.

Responsibilities

· Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable insights to support decision-making processes.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather document and validate business needs and objectives.

· Develop detailed functional specifications and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

· Facilitate workshops and meetings to identify gaps and propose innovative solutions.

· Provide expertise in Business A&P to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency.

· Conduct impact analysis to evaluate the implications of proposed changes on existing systems and workflows.

· Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.

· Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions within defined timelines.

· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements process flows and user guides.

· Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends patterns and opportunities for improvement.

· Support user acceptance testing by defining test cases and validating results against requirements.

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

· Provide recommendations to improve business processes and drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

· Possess strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and deliver actionable solutions.

· Demonstrate expertise in Business Analysis and Business A&P with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

· Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

· Show proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive meaningful insights.

· Have a solid understanding of process optimization and workflow management.

· Display the ability to create detailed documentation and present findings to stakeholders.

· Bring experience in facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus.

· Showcase the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.

· Possess strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and propose innovative solutions.

· Demonstrate adaptability to work in a hybrid model and collaborate across remote and in-office environments.

· Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change.

· Show commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that align with organizational objectives.

· Maintain a focus on achieving measurable outcomes that benefit the company and society.

Certifications Required

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)
