Job Summary
IDM Support Engineer (SA)
The App Security Specialist will play a crucial role in safeguarding our applications by implementing robust security measures. With a focus on Identity Management and Governance the specialist will ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive data. This hybrid role requires expertise in Java and CA/Broadcom Identity solutions contributing to the companys mission of secure digital transformation.
Responsibilities
Implement comprehensive security protocols to protect applications from unauthorized access and data breaches
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into application development processes
Analyze security requirements and design solutions that align with industry standards and best practices
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
Develop and maintain documentation for security policies procedures and guidelines
Provide technical support and guidance to development teams on security-related issues
Monitor application security alerts and respond promptly to incidents to minimize impact
Utilize Java programming skills to enhance security features within applications
Manage and optimize CA/Broadcom IdentityManager and IdentityGovernance tools for effective identity management
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal security policies
Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies to proactively address potential threats
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and tailor security solutions accordingly
Drive initiatives to improve overall security posture and reduce risk exposure. Qualifications
Possess a strong understanding of Identity Management and Governance principles
Demonstrate proficiency in Java programming for application security enhancement
Experience with CA/Broadcom IdentityManager and IdentityGovernance tools is essential
Familiarity with Oracle Identity Manager is highly desirable
Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions
Excellent communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.
Certifications Required
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Oracle Identity Management Certification
