Your role and responsibilities

As a Business Transformation Consultant in the banking sector, you will specialize in guiding financial institutions through strategic business transformation and related supply chain processes. Your primary focus will be on optimizing banking operations, including core banking back-office transformations. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Optimize Banking Operations: Deliver expert guidance on transforming core banking back-office processes, including lending, settlements, clearances, record management, compliance, accounting, internet banking, mobile banking, and branch transformation. • Support Third-Party Integration: Implement third-party services, such as Alipay, to enhance customer engagement and streamline operations, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. • Consult on Transformative Strategies: Apply industry knowledge to consult and support clients in implementing transformative strategies that align with their business goals, driving business growth and efficiency. • Analyze Business Processes: Perform in-depth analysis of banking operations to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for optimization. • Deliver Client Solutions: Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored solutions that meet their specific business needs, leveraging expertise in financial services and business transformation.

Required technical and professional expertise

• Exposure to Financial Services Industry: Experience working with financial institutions, understanding their operations, and familiarizing yourself with industry-specific challenges and trends.

• Core Banking Operations Knowledge: Exposure to core banking back-office processes, including lending, settlements, clearances, record management, compliance, accounting, internet banking, mobile banking, and branch transformation.

• Supply Chain Process Understanding: Familiarity with supply chain processes in the banking sector, including third-party service integration and its impact on customer engagement and operational efficiency.

• Business Transformation Expertise: Experience working with transformative strategies in the financial services industry, aligning business goals with process improvements.

• Banking Operations Analysis: Exposure to analyzing banking operations to identify areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimization.

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Financial Services Industry Insights: Exposure to working with financial institutions, understanding their operations, and familiarizing yourself with industry-specific challenges and trends can be beneficial in this role.

• Core Banking Operations Familiarity: Having exposure to core banking back-office processes, including lending, settlements, clearances, record management, compliance, accounting, internet banking, mobile banking, and branch transformation, can be advantageous.

• Business Transformation Knowledge: Experience working with transformative strategies in the financial services industry, aligning business goals with process improvements, can be valuable in delivering expert guidance to clients.
