What You Can Expect
The Supply Chain Planning Supervisor will oversee that every part of the Supply Chain is in line with the targets of lead time and service levels agreements and has a focus on profitability, inventory efficiency, and optimization while protecting the service level aligned with the sales growth figures.
How You'll Create Impact
Controls and coordinates daily operational execution, ensuring that critical processes are carried out without deviations
Reviews the accuracy of the MRP Runs, validating that the inventory is aligned to the service level indicated for every ABC class of inventory
Monitors the inventory levels to ensure the health of E&O Reserve and that the MOH remain under the acceptable levels
Provides the necessary information to Demand Planning in order to establish the right strategies of control in terms of Forecast Accuracy
Maintains continuous and effective communication with warehouse, planning, billing, sales, customer service, and technical service teams
Leads and executes continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and enhancement of customer and patient experience
Identifies opportunities for improvement in operational processes and implement corrective and preventive actions based on root cause analysis.
Actively participates in operational optimization and transformation projects, including WMS implementation, pre-assembly, automation, and process standardization.
Implements, monitors, and analyzes key operational performance indicators (KPIs), such as forecast accuracy, E&O reserve decrease target, fill rate, N1 to N2 inbound process lead times
Prepares and presents periodic performance reports, highlighting results, gaps, and proposed action plans.
Promotes operational discipline and adherence to standards through influence and example, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards
Provides guidance and technical expertise to operational teams in best practices and excellence standards
Accountable for operational performance within assigned geography
High cross-functional influence across operations and commercial teams.

Your Background
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, industrial engineering, administration, or related fields
Preferred Qualification: 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, Demand Planning or CPFR experience
Preferred Qualification: Experience working in regulated environments (medical devices highly desirable)
Preferred Qualification: IBP, S&OP knowledge is a plus
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 years of relevant experience AMER
English - Fluent (Required)
Spanish - Intermediate (Preferred)
Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement certification (Preferred)
