We are seeking a detail-oriented SSD Configurations and Technology Manager Jr. to support the technical configuration and system implementation for our Sub Same Day (SSD) delivery program. This role will work closely with senior program managers and technical teams to execute TMS and WMS configurations that enable ultra-fast delivery capabilities across our network, including last-mile routing systems and compliance-driven inventory solutions.
Main activities are:
System Configuration & Support.
Solution Design & Inventory Integration.
Assist in the technical implementation of new SSD warehouse launches and system integrations.
Design solutions for incorporating new inventory types into the SSD network based on regulatory compliance requirements.
Last-Mile Routing Configuration to SSD.
Technical Execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration.
Implement approved system configurations and changes in TMS/WMS platforms.
Partner with Operations, Transportation, Compliance, and Technology teams to support system implementations.
Process Adherence & Documentation
Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for system configurations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with warehouse or transportation management systems.
Familiarity with last-mile delivery operations, routing systems, or delivery optimization.
Understanding of inventory management and supply chain information flows.
Experience with compliance-driven system configurations.
Basic SQL or data analysis skills.
Experience working in fast-paced operational environments.

Quality of documentation and adherence to SOPs
Successful completion of assigned configuration tasks.
Compliance adherence in inventory integration solutions.
Routing system performance and delivery efficiency improvements.

Basic Qualifications
High school diploma
Work a rotating, flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends and holidays. Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
Experience with process improvements (Lean Six Sigma and/or Kaizen)
Preferred Qualifications
