Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Developing Insights
Analyze brand execution data, omnichannel metrics, and tactical KPIs to identify trends, risks, and early signals requiring escalation.
Partner with Commercial Excellence / Commercial Operations to develop reports, dashboards, and tactical performance analyses with a strong focus on omnichannel execution.
Identify operational opportunities and gaps to optimize in‑market performance.
Provide analytical support to demand forecasting, scenario development, and market assessment activities led by Product Managers.
Maintain a solid understanding of therapy areas and brand strategies to properly contextualize insights.
2. Brand & Content Management
Provide operational support to brand message architecture defined by Product Managers for core products and pipeline assets.
Coordinate and control promotional materials and digital content using approved platforms (e.g., Veeva PromoMats).
Act as single point of contact (SPOC) with digital and creative agencies across brands.
Ensure content is harmonized, standardized, and aligned with the approved brand narrative across channels.
Support global‑to‑local material adaptation processes in alignment with local strategy and compliance requirements.
3. Execution Excellence
Execute and coordinate operational marketing activities with vendors, agencies, and internal partners.
Manage end‑to‑end marketing processes including budgets, POs, RFAs, WOs, and vendor interactions .
Track Business Unit marketing spend , ensuring correct execution versus plan and timely reporting.
Organize meetings, congresses, and product‑sponsored events, coordinating logistics with Events, Medical, and Commercial Operations.
Ensure consistent, efficient, and compliant execution of all marketing activities.
4. Cross‑Functional & Business Unit Support
Work closely with Product Managers, Medical Affairs, Finance, Procurement, Events, and Commercial Operations to ensure seamless coordination.
Support Business Unit governance through meeting preparation, materials, agendas, and follow‑up actions.
Prepare and distribute internal communications related to brand initiatives, meetings, and events.
Manage projects with increasing autonomy, applying analytical judgment and execution discipline.
Competencies & Skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with ability to translate data into insights.
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and execution rigor.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism, resilience, and sound judgment.
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook .
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
3–5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or commercial roles within pharmaceutical or healthcare environments.
Demonstrated experience supporting brand execution, analytics, budgeting, and agency/vendor coordination.
Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
