What a typical day will be like.
Ensure your organization makes decisions based on data, business needs, and technical feasibility. This leader oversees analytics teams, sets standards, prioritizes initiatives, and aligns solutions with business, operational, and technology goals.
It defines the vision, standards and methodology for Business Analysis within the company.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable and measurable initiatives.
Prioritize demand based on value and alignment with the company's roadmap.
Establish frameworks (e.g., BABOK, Agile, Scrum, Lean).
Ensure consistency in the elicitation of requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and impact analysis.
He oversees business studies, use cases, and ASIS/TOBE process models.
It acts as a bridge between business, IT, product, architecture, operations, and vendors.
Prepare monthly area performance reports for Aon's IT Leadership and LATAM leaders.
Skills and experience that will lead to success.
You must have a completed bachelor's degree, 100% completed credits (Graduate).
Language: Advanced English.
Technical expertise:
10+ years in business analysis, process improvement or related roles.
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and highly complex initiatives.
Participation in strategic projects or digital transformation.
Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, BPMN, etc.).
Experience interacting with suppliers, integrators and global teams.
Leadership and communication: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and manage change.
Analytical thinking: Strong problem-solving skills in risk assessment and quality improvement.
