Our engineers participate throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that new infrastructure is designed with operational excellence in mind and ultimately assuming ownership of these environments.

• Solid knowledge of Continuous Delivery principles and infrastructure-as-code methodologies
• A hands-on approach to identifying, preventing, and resolving issues in complex infrastructure environments
If you enjoy replacing manual tasks with robust, code-driven solutions—and consistently steer your team toward the best solution rather than the easiest—this role is for you.
Role Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain effective monitoring systems that minimize manual intervention in daily operations

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with Cloud Engineering Support, including deployment, operations, and troubleshooting
• Strong experience with Private Cloud environments and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices
• Ability to develop high quality automation in one or more languages (Python preferred)
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, and operational tooling. Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk are a plus.
• Strong understanding of security best practices for cloud and PaaS platforms
• Experience writing Concourse pipelines in Python for Cloud Foundry support is desirable
